The majority of sales in Rippingdale during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £292,218. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £192,673, with terraced properties fetching £183,448.

Rippingdale, with an overall average price of £236,921, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Aslackby (£242,000), but was cheaper than Baston (£316,730) and Carlby (£300,250).

Overall sold prices in Rippingdale over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2016 level of £203,652.
