Most of the sales in Sleapshyde over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £637,474. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £516,136 and detached properties averaged at £702,846.
Sleapshyde, with an overall average price of £557,193, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby St. Albans (£548,344), but was more expensive than Hatfield (£342,202) and London Colney (£400,164).
