Last year most property sales in Southall involved flats which sold for on average £333,191. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £411,522, while semi-detached properties fetched £536,297.

Southall, with an overall average price of £393,367, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Southall Green (£386,690) and Greenford Park (£386,690), but was cheaper than Norwood Green (£426,326).

During the last year, sold prices in Southall were 3% up on the previous year and 26% up on 2015 when the average house price was £311,366.
