Last year most property sales in Southall involved flats which sold for on average £334,767. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £408,206, while semi-detached properties fetched £518,403.
Southall, with an overall average price of £387,727, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Greenford Park (£396,688) and Southall Green (£396,688), but was cheaper than Norwood Green (£414,265).
During the last year, sold prices in Southall were similar to the previous year and 25% up on 2015 when the average house price was £311,366.
