Most of the sales in Stamford Bridge over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £357,622. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £210,781 and flats averaged at £237,999.
Stamford Bridge, with an overall average price of £300,688 was more expensive than nearby Wilberfoss (£273,958), Pocklington (£237,695) and Bubwith (£256,536).
In the past year house prices in Stamford Bridge were 12% up on the year before and 26% up on 2007 when they averaged at £238,299.
