Last year most property sales in Stanford-Le-Hope involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £316,653. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £267,103, while flats fetched £184,807.
Stanford-Le-Hope, with an overall average price of £286,023, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Corringham (£291,128), but was cheaper than Fobbing (£458,000) and Horndon-On-The-Hill (£387,500).
During the last year, sold prices in Stanford-Le-Hope were 9% down on the previous year and 18% up on 2015 when the average house price was £242,920.
