Most of the sales in Stockwood over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £255,621. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £203,376 and flats averaged at £117,208.
Stockwood, with an overall average price of £224,445 was cheaper than nearby Whitchurch (£243,905), Brislington (£274,852) and Knowle (£265,416).
In the past year house prices in Stockwood were 6% up on the year before and 24% up on 2015 when they averaged at £181,208.
