Last year most property sales in Trimley St. Martin involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £224,592. Detached properties sold for an average price of £288,400, while terraced properties fetched £170,929.
Trimley St. Martin, with an overall average price of £229,487 was more expensive than nearby Shotley (£197,408), but was cheaper than Kirton (£332,499) and Felixstowe (£262,644).
During the last year, sold prices in Trimley St. Martin were 8% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2014 when the average house price was £192,835.
