Last year most property sales in Trimley St. Martin involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £229,596. Detached properties sold for an average price of £290,200, while terraced properties fetched £161,500.
Trimley St. Martin, with an overall average price of £232,177 was more expensive than nearby Shotley (£203,712), but was cheaper than Kirton (£296,297) and Felixstowe (£257,968).
