The majority of sales in Truro during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £237,738. Detached properties sold for an average of £374,078, with semi-detached properties fetching £242,876.
Truro, with an overall average price of £269,078 was more expensive than nearby Probus (£212,368) and Brighton (£234,960), but was cheaper than Devoran (£483,961).
Overall sold prices in Truro over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 6% up on the 2007 level of £253,060.
