Last year most property sales in Turmer involved detached properties which sold for on average £495,898. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £341,216, while terraced properties fetched £273,269.
Turmer, with an overall average price of £392,108 was more expensive than nearby Alderholt (£336,801), but was cheaper than North Gorley (£572,500) and Matchams (£417,167).
