Last year most property sales in Valdoe involved detached properties which sold for on average £545,618. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £355,694, while terraced properties fetched £306,650.
Valdoe, with an overall average price of £409,932 was more expensive than nearby Chichester (£372,430), Tangmere (£306,622) and Eastergate (£290,042).
During the last year, sold prices in Valdoe were 10% down on the previous year and 16% down on 2016 when the average house price was £485,512.
