Last year most property sales in West Wellow involved detached properties which sold for on average £585,000. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £239,529, while semi-detached properties fetched £332,667.
West Wellow, with an overall average price of £411,462, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cadnam (£391,315) and Bartley (£395,000), but was more expensive than Calmore (£233,503).
During the last year, sold prices in West Wellow were 21% down on the previous year and 23% down on 2015 when the average house price was £533,429.
