Most of the sales in Woodthorpe over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £284,901. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £225,570 and terraced properties averaged at £144,864.
Woodthorpe, with an overall average price of £229,460, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mapperley Plains (£239,415), but was more expensive than Mapperley (£206,582) and Sherwood (£161,774).
In the past year house prices in Woodthorpe were 6% up on the year before and 9% up on 2015 when they averaged at £210,319.
