Wraysbury, with an overall average price of £558,551 was more expensive than nearby Old Windsor (£496,395), Colnbrook (£282,633) and Datchet (£499,261).
In the past year house prices in Wraysbury were 12% down on the year before and 10% up on 2015 when they averaged at £507,428.
