Knowing the differences between the two is a useful way to decide what\u2019s right for you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-mortgage-broker-route\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">The mortgage broker route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mortgage brokers \u2013 also known as a mortgage advisers \u2013 can help you to find the best deal for you, and they\u2019ll take you through the application process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"pros\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pros<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The reason people choose to use mortgage advisers is because they not only give you guidance tailored to your circumstances, typically they also:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Look at a range of mortgage lenders and products that could suit your needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have access to exclusive deals that aren\u2019t available direct with a lender<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Know the lenders and their lending criteria, which can help to speed up the process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, mortgage advisers can also help with the application and necessary paperwork. What\u2019s more, they offer a level of convenience. Whilst many are based with estate agents, they may be available after hours and at weekends.
