The main bathroom walls are fully tiled around the bath area and half tiled to Sink and Toilet wall. Complement the remaining walls with your preferred wall colour.

As standard all bathrooms including the WC have recessed LED lights as does the hall landings and Kitchen diner. The remaining rooms have ceiling pendants. Each room is fitted out with a generous number of electrical sockets appropriate to the type of room. Each room also has a tv outlet except for the dining room, WC and bathrooms.

The main living room is fitted with a Sky point. BT points are located in the hall and adjacent to the Sky point. Please note SKY, TV and BT are points only. Any equipment associated with these is not included within the sale. Face plates are white as standard. Metal face plates are an optional upgrade. Bezals for recessed light’s come in a choice of finishes as standard.

Sanitary ware
As a company we try to support British manufacturing which includes purchasing products that have a good name within the industry and are long established. Ideal Standard is one such company and therefore all sanitary ware is supplied by them. Brassware, ie taps etc will either be Ideal standard or other such reputable make at our discretion.

You can choose a traditional style or a more contemporary style sanitary ware such as Wall hung toilets and basins with half pedestals. These are standard options on Feather Grass.
