The prize draw is open to all\u00a0individuals\u00a0who live in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 years or above, except the employees of\u00a0<\/span>Rightmove Plc.\u00a0and its subsidiary companies\u00a0<\/span>(“Rightmove”), their close family members,\u00a0<\/span>agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The prize draw is free to enter by\u00a0emailing\u00a0<\/span>belief@rightmove.co.uk<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and no purchase is necessary.\u00a0Entrant\u2019s\u00a0emails\u00a0must\u00a0<\/span>contain\u00a0brief details of their\u00a0property\u00a0search\u00a0within the UK,\u202fand the encouragement they need from Rob to continue.\u00a0Entrant\u2019s emails must not\u00a0contain\u00a0any questions\u202for requests\u202ffor information regarding\u202fwhether to\u00a0purchase\u00a0the property, anything to do with mortgages or other regulated services or anything which Rightmove may consider to be commercially sensitive.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Only one entry per person will be\u00a0permitted. All other entries will be made void.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The opening date for\u00a0entries is\u00a08am GMT\u00a0on\u00a0Friday 13 February 2026.\u00a0The\u00a0closing date of the prize draw is\u00a09pm GMT on Monday 16 February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid. Rightmove reserves the right to\u00a0change the closing date\u00a0at\u00a0its discretion<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. The winners will be chosen by random draw and notified by email by\u202f5.30pm GMT Tuesday 17 February 2026.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Three winners will be chosen.\u00a0The winners\u00a0will receive\u00a0one\u00a0email\u00a0response\u00a0of\u00a0support\u00a0each\u00a0from Rob Smethurst\u00a0via Rightmove.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. If the winner does not respond to Rightmove within\u00a07\u00a0days of being notified of their win, then the winner’s prize will be\u00a0forfeited, all rights to the prize shall be waived, and Rightmove will be entitled to select another winner\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0the process\u00a0described above.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. The prizes\u00a0will be sent to the winners\u00a0by email within 30 days of being notified of their win.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. The decision of Rightmove\u00a0regarding\u00a0any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Rightmove must either publish or make available information that\u00a0indicates\u00a0that a valid award\u00a0took place. To comply with this obligation Rightmove will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails\u00a0DPO@rightmove.co.uk\u00a0or writes\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>2\u00a0Caldecotte\u00a0Lake Business Park\u00a0Caldecotte\u00a0Lake Drive,\u00a0Caldecotte, Milton Keynes, England, MK7 8LE<\/span>\u00a0(enclosing\u00a0a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or\u00a0all of\u00a0your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact\u00a0Rightmove\u2019s data protection team via DPO@rightmove.co.uk. In such\u00a0circumstances,\u00a0Rightmove\u00a0must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
