The 4 miles betweeen yourself and the coast is simply olive trees, meaning you get peace and tranquility 24 hours a day.

Anyone wishing to buy a piece of land in Crete with nothing on already need to consider the year if you're lucky it will take to obtain a license. Plus the 15000 euro cost of this and the risk it may be rejected. Then the 60000 euros at least to build all the foundations and earthquake proof skeleton. My land/house has already solves these issues. You could literally buy it and continue building the next day!

Based on those figures, it means you are effectively paying 50000 euros for 8800 metres of land!! No one can beat that!

The plans for the property show a 3 bedroom house with glass doors all along the sea view wall. Also there is ample room for a swimming pool.

There is no questions that a competent builder could complete this property for maybe 50000 euros. It will be worth well over 300000 then.

Its also worth noting that you can split the land, and either sell half, of build another house on the other half of upto 200m2.
