General condition
The building having undergone a total and quality restoration is very well maintained and can be lived in straight away. While the north faade has retained its original windows, all the windows of the south facade are new and double-glazed.  The ground floor and first floor are tiled with elegant terracotta tiles (Parefeuilles) and very easy to maintain and clean. The 2nd floor has parquet flooring. The modern wood burner with its great capacity in the living room is the main source of heat in the house. In addition to the wood burner, there are a few electric radiators. The only work to be foreseen is to replace the heat pump for the swimming pool.
