Montepulciano – In the beautiful scenery of Montepulciano, we propose as exclusive real estate agency this fantastic estate for sale, composed by a country house and a dependance. The property includes about 5 hectares of land.

The main characteristics that make the estate unique, are made up of the multifaceted aspects and its different uses that the property can offers, as well as the impressive location: from here, both the historical center and the famous San Biagio Temple can be reached by foot.
