The Arcaia country house is in the municipality of Castiglione del Lago (Poggi di Villastrada), even if it is closer to Chiusi, a Tuscan city about 7 km away. It is possible to reach the house by train stopping at the Chiusi station, along the Rome-Florence route; or by car through the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme exit of the A1 (E35) motorway that connects Florence and Rome. Perugini, Orvieto and Arezzo are less than a hour away by car while Rome is about 120 km and Florence 130 km. The natural park of the Trasimeno Lake, fortresses, castles, convents and medieval hamlets are scattered in the surrounding territories.
