This property offers a unique opportunity to acquire 32 hectares seaside property in Corfu, Greece. The property includes all the private lands surrounding a cluster of historical buildings, including a medieval tower, house, church, and olive press (all part of a medieval baronial estate). The expansive land plot includes at least 2600 olive trees, Cypress trees, fruit trees, wild flowers, and other lush vegetation, while a private road leads from the top of the property down to the beach and the main road. The property faces the sea on the east and includes natural forest buffers on both sides of the land.

The 320,000 sq.m. land, situated on an east-facing slope, reaches the sea and has a beach front of approximately 650m. The land generally consists of limestone covered by a thin layer of earth and is rich in vegetation, including olive trees, cypress trees, and fruit trees. The limestone may be harvested during excavation, and used for stone walls and buildings throughout the future development. Part of the land has been defined as Forest area, covering a total of approximately 95,000 sq.m. and is split into two parts: one strip on the southern boundary, and a second strip along the western boundary. These areas of indigenous woodlands, in addition to the coastline, act as natural buffer zones around the estate. The site also offers the possibility for the development of a marina.

There are two options for the future development of the plot. The hotel/commercial option offers the highest possible building density, with a building coefficient allowing a total floor area of a maximum of 20% of the land area. The construction may have a maximum footprint of 10% of the total land area. The hotel/commercial complex may be a combination of main hotel buildings and independent villas, bungalows and apartments, plus entertainment, retail, restaurants, bars, etc. Alternatively, the land could be divided into a number of smaller plots, each with an individual house/villa that could be sold with individual freehold.
