State of repair
Two of the farmhouses that make up this prestigious hamlet, have very ancient origins, it is believed that the original centre was used in 1500 as watchtowers. These were renovated in 2004.
A third farmhouse was sympathetically built later, to the same size as the originals', and in keeping with the characteristics of the other farmhouses. Its renovation was completed in 2006.
The characteristic local grey stone and brick facings are present on the first two farmhouses, while those of the third are partly plastered, there are antiqued tiled roofs (the last one completed is ventilated); internally there are antique handmade terracotta floors, parquet wooden flooring and Vietri tiled floors. Most of the ceilings are ancient oak beamed with terracotta tiles, while the others are brick, cement and wood. There are chestnut wooden doors and windows. The park outside is completely fenced with two electric entrance gates, automatic outdoor lighting, separate alarm system, and automatic irrigation system. There is a salt watered swimming pool.

All necessary utilities are present. There is mains water supply, and water well and three water storage tanks of 1,000 litres each; heating and hot water are by three gas boilers; there is mains gas and an automatic electric generator with 11 hours of battery life.

The property is registered with both the land and urban town planning departments at the NCT for the town of Corciano.
