Ffryes Villa was built to a very high standard in 2007. It is one of the best constructed & solid house builds on Antigua. It has been used primarily as a family holiday home, with good rental income at other times. We have an excellent property management team, who keep the villa well maintained to the highest of standards. We enjoy lovely family time in Ffryes Villa for approximately 8-10 weeks a year.


We have regularly upgraded furnishings, fixtures & fittings over time, so, as the price includes all of these items it will be ready to move into immediately after purchase. As an extra option we have a Nissan Qashqai 4x4 available for sale as a separate negotiation..


The villa is only a ten minute walk down to Jolly Harbour, a vibrant marina resort with plenty of good shops, bars and restaurants, and an abundance of activities to enhance your stay - boat and fishing trips, and diving etc.


Nearby is the luxury boutique hotel, Sugar Ridge, which offers a spa, gym, and a choice of two restaurants, and has fantastic panoramic views.

There is a laundry room with washer, dryer & toilet and basin with extra lockable storage space. Outside there is a shower for use after the beach plus another lockable storage shed for large items.


A non-slip tiled veranda surrounds the full sized 28ft x 15ft pool which has a proper deep end to allow for diving and jumping in. It is very well screened by the Oleander shrubs & mature palms, giving privacy.

The overall plot is a fully fenced 1/4 acre, surrounded by a lovely, low maintenance, garden full of exotic & mature tropical fruit and flowering trees like lemons and limes, pomegranate, mango, avocado, guava - and even a health giving Noni tree.

Ffryes Villa is approximately 20 minutes from the airport but only 3 or 4 minutes from the closest supermarket.
