The house is in an elevated position trapping the cooling tradewinds that constantly caress the island, and with high ceilings encouraging the cooler air to circulate.

The en suite bathrooms have been designed in a spa style with clean, light colours and decorated with pieces of local stone and mosaic tiles. Each bathrooms has a twin contemporary vanity, bath and shower.

Outside Inside Living
The house is surrounded on the upper level by giant floor to ceiling sliding windows that almost disappear when fully open giving the impression of a house completely open to one side facing the ocean across the wide verandah.
