Description: This completely authentic property was built in 1780 by a mason called Yotso. There are two houses in the property. The larger house has about 350 sq.m. living area and has been declared monument of culture in 1974. The smaller house has approximately 100 sq. m. living area. Both houses are completely renovated with new wooden constructions, replaced stone roofs and new installations.
The large house has two levels. The first one is completely made of stone walls, 70 cm thick, and stone floor. There are two wine cellars of 70 and 30 sq.m. They are equipped with tables, casks, wine racks, assortment of wines from all parts of the country, an old distiller and a room to keep homemade sausages. There is an old mill under the shed. The second level comprises a large room with a fireplace - it's used as a living room - two bedrooms, one of which is furnished in Viennese style and there is a fourth room "for women" used for spinning, weaving, etc. All premises are equipped and furnished with original antique furniture and all kinds of movables: couches, wooden wine vessels, clay jugs, low round dining tables, stools, coppers, cauldrons, lanterns, crutches, spindles, distaffs, four icon-stands, one of which is over 300 years old, a bagpipe, etc. There are three verandas /30, 15 and 10 sq.m./ equipped with couches, low round dining tables, stools, bells, etc.
The second house is with preserved exterior architecture but the interior is luxuriously renovated and offers all contemporary comforts. It comprises of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shed, a bathroom, separate restroom, a corridor. The property has beautiful views.
The garden is 1400 sq.m. It is divided in two parts and it is enclosed by a stone wall with two large gates. One part of the garden has stone plates. The other part is covered with grass and has cobblestone paths. You will find in the garden authentic wooden cannon, a stone furnace, a mill, a cart, an old well, an old motorcycle, emigrants' suitcases from the beginning of the 20th century, authentic camera and a Viennese gramophone.

Location: 40 km south of the town of Veliko Tarnovo, in a small village 5 km east of town of Gabrovo. It is located between the village of Bozhentsi and the Architectural-ethnographic complex Etar. It is in a mountain region with clean nature. The village has about 50 residents, traditional houses and it is near a main road, providing access during the entire year.
