Parking is available on the driveway. In the garden there is a small well which is still functioning.

The property is surrounded by attractive shrubbery with lemon and orange trees and bougainvillea and tropical trees creating a fresh aroma throughout. It has 5-6 orange trees, 3-4 lemon trees, a fig tree, a quince tree and artichokes. It is especially restful, only being able to hear birds and the local cockerel. To the side of the house there are three more old rooms in need of renovation. One on the ground floor and two on a higher level with access via small steps. There is also a room with an oven in it known as the 'cooking room' for bread which is still functioning. The rooms are not connected internally. Also next to these rooms there is an outside toilet. Underneath this is an open sheltered area which at present is used for showering.

There is bus towards Agii Deka and Mires (10km away with all facilities) once or twice every day.
Plora has two kafenions and a mini market open all year round and it is vibrant, open village with fairly wide streets.
