This large country property was built about 18 years ago and finished to a very high standard. It has been well maintained and the extensive grounds are home to many producing fruit trees and flowering plants, as well as a large number of palm trees. The property is built at the top of a hill, and so enjoys superb 360 degree views of the whole area. The location is only 13 kms from Malaga, by good tarmac road, and so within easy reach of all facilities. The main motorway links are only 10 kms away. The location is also very close to the Casasola dam, and the large lake created by it. The property benefits from gas fired central heating with radiators in all rooms.

The property sits at the highest point of the hill, and the house is surrounded by terraces and trees, as well as many flowering plants. At the front of the house, there is a grand staircase leading up to the entrance terrace. A covered entrance porch shades the front door, which opens in to the entrance hall. The first room is a large double bedroom with ceiling fan, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, basin in marble surround and toilet. This room has doors to a private walled terrace.  The next bedroom is a feature to the front of the house with a bay window. The third room is another large double, with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin and another walled private terrace. The fourth room is a coats cupboard and the last room is a double bedroom with ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, and a private walled terrace.

Near to the kitchen, steps lead down to the semi basement, which comprises a very large room, around 130 m2, with a fireplace and bar. Doors from the room open to a cloakroom with toilet and basin, a large storage room and also to the large three car garage, which has vehicle access to the driveway. At the far end of the large room there is a door to the driveway at ground level, so this area could be converted to provide a self contained apartment with at least two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Outside, at the front of the house is a large covered terrace, and to the left there is a large open terrace with a three tier water feature. This terrace provides a shady sitting area at some times of the day. To the right of the front door a path leads to the rear covered terrace, and this faces the freeform pool, which is surrounded by a large open terrace with a pergola to one side and a water feature. The pool has underwater lighting and semi circular steps.. The covered terrace continues to the rear of the house, and in all directions the terraces enjoy excellent views. At the rear there is a brick built barbecue and an outside cloakroom with toilet and basin. The house has been built on foundations specially to prevent humidity and so the semi basement is completely free of damp.

From the electric front gates, a sweeping driveway leads up to the house, and continues to a large parking and turning area, with an olive tree in a centre island. The driveway also leads to the end of the pool terrace, and there is plenty of outside lighting. The large plot has many fruit trees, and there are several small outbuildings at lower levels, for chickens, storage etc.  The house sits high above the river from the dam, and there is no risk of flooding.
