This superb and spacious property is located between Alhaurin el Grande and Cartama, and is well positioned with easy road access. It is only 5 minutes from the new Guadalhorce hospital, and Malaga and the airport are less than half an hour by car. Several towns are within easy reach, Alhaurin el Grande, Coin, Cartama, and Pizarra.

The present owners have lived at the property for a number of years, and have improved it and maintained it to a high standard. The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and at the end of the rear orchard there is a one bedroom guest casita.

Outside the main house, there is a full length shady covered terrace, and the front door opens in to the living room. This spacious room has exposed timbers and a corner woodburner. At the end of the rear path, the casita has a living room, bedroom with fitted wardrobes, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet.

Outside, the large swimming pool has a water feature and is surrounded by extensive terraces. There is a wooden storage room near the pool, and this has been used as a bedroom in the past. Next to this is a shady seating area. Across the driveway, the outside kitchen has working beer taps, bar, fridge, cupboards, integrated gas barbecue, stainless steel sink and drainer, gas hob, cupboards and serving bar. Behind the outside kitchen, cupboards house the washing machine and drier. At the end of the front covered terrace, doors lead out to a covered workshop area and also a building housing the pool pump. The driveway provides parking for several cars. To the rear of the house there is another terrace and storage room. A path passes between the fruit trees, and there is a well, a chicken coop and aviary. Around the gardens and orchard, there are several shady sitting areas, and at the front there is a wooden pergola and also a gazebo by the pool.
