Full description:

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa can be found in the heart of the Valencian countryside, near Chiva, Valencia. Calicanto is the nearest village to the property and is home to several schools, shops and supermarkets. Chiva is the nearest main town and is situated some 15 minutes (13km) drive away. The renowned El Bosque Golf and Country club can be found just some 5 minutes walk from the property and Valencia city centre, with its abundant attractions, can be found some 25 minute (24km) drive away.
