Ground floor:

Even if you do this semiprofessional kitchen too short: for lovers of cooking, this kitchen is a true eldorado: a gigantic and professional cooking island without a chilly look, houses a four-burner stove, a teppanyaki plate, a fryer, a grill and hotplate , 2 ovens, a steam oven, a subzero wine cooler, a fridge freezer, a quooker tap, and a brick oven. From the hallway there is the light study with custom made cupboards made of oak wood, also by Piet Boon. The floor is also made of solid oak.

Through the middle door in the hall you reach the imposing entrance that forms the heart of the villa, as it were. A robust wide oak staircase fans more or less upwards and connects the entire top floor. Thanks to a large dome of light, the light flows inwards. A wardrobe has been removed right below the stairs.
In the garage is a gym, but of course this can be the function of an indoor garage.
On the garden side there is a wellness suite with a separate Finnish sauna and a hammam with mosaic. The wall of this room is partly covered with wood, partly with Portuguese azul. While you are resting, enjoy the view of the Vinkeveense plassen. From the sauna you soak yourself in the cool down tub in the grass. Pure relaxation!

From the entrance you enter the very spacious bright living room where the third fireplace is located. Currently, this bright room is furnished with a double seating area which gives the whole something warm and intimate. One wall is lined with slate. The cabinets are all custom made. The view of the beautiful lake area is of course spectacular. The adjoining room is the playroom for the children, but it lends itself very well as a second study. Both rooms have large LED TV screens.

First floor:
On the first floor are no less than five bedrooms and a spacious home cinema. Everywhere there are lamps from the Dutch brand Brand Van Egmond.
