This gated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa can be found in the village of Marines, which is nestled between the popular villages of Olocau (8km) and the main town of Lliria, which is some 7km away. Outside and we have the extremely low maintenance mainly paved garden, filled with various lemon and other fruit trees and well as plants and bushes typical to this Mediterranean setting. To the front of the house, we find the 5 x 5 metre swimming pool with filtration and cleaning kit. We also have a front, glassed in terrace, providing a covered seating area which can be used all year round. To the side of the property, we find the long, gated driveway which holds several cars. To the rear of the property and we have the covered car port and outdoor paellero / barbecue cooking space.
