Entrance to the house is through a porch and two large oak doors into a living room which reveals a large double-height space with oak beams and an old fireplace. Two double doors open onto the west terrace and three 5 metre sliding glass doors lead onto the north terrace and outside dining area.

Originally built as a house by a family of Venetian origin who gave the name Rousselatika to the local area, the building was converted into an olive press in the 19th century. It was later restored, combining its authentic feel with beautiful simplicity.
