This property for sale in Majorca is a very pretty country house situated between the highly sought-after historic town Pollensa and the coastal town Puerto Pollensa in the north of the island. All the exterior walls have double insulation which makes for a very pleasant interior temperature both in winter and summer. Another important feature in this aspect is double glazing on the windows.
The woodwork is in African cedarwood and all windows and doors are efficiently sealed to avoid any draughts and preserve the temperature of the interior. There are skylights in the bedrooms and electronically folding step ladders permitting ventilation and light in the rooms in an ecofriendly way. The water supply comes from two different sources. One is a 14.000 litre deposit for irrigation and another 16.000 litre deposit for sanitation. Water comes from a well on the property and there is an aternative provision by private contract.
This is a very stylish property with a nice 5 x 10 metre swimming-pool and a warm-water shower beside it. The deepest point of the pool is 1.80m only in the centre which means that the reest can be used by non swimmers since the depth is only 1.20ms. A water heater could be installed and there is a jacuzzi at one end of the pool. The garden has an irrigation system in place and the sprinklers are electrronically controled and operate by different areas. The barbecue and grill has a storage compartment for firewood and a sink with a space for a small fridge. There are wonderful views of the nearby Tramuntana Mountains and all amenities are very close by, such as supermarkets, etc.
One very important feature concerning this fantastic country house is that it possesses a valid tourist rental licence, hence it could be a very good business investment.
