This is one of the nicest properties I have come across in a long time with some lovely features. The stone wall and the log burner are a particular favourite of mine, but you can't forget the reception room overlooking the garden with some lovely natural light streaming in. The local town of Gourin is 3.5km by car and the local major supermarket is only 2km's away. The town has an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants.
