A double garage with a lot of storage space is also to be found on this level. There is reversible air conditioning throughout the whole house.

Stairs lead down from the veranda to the pool area with an ample terrace, outdoor shower and a bricked BBQ. The fenced-in grounds boast old carob and almond trees, flowering bushes and a small orchard, a well provides sufficient water. The property enjoys excellent access via country lanes.

A prosperous town, Artá benefits from an arty, almost bohemian atmosphere - artists from all over the world are drawn to Artá and art of all kind is displayed everywhere! Artá really comes to life twice a week for the two evening markets on Tuesdays and Fridays. Artá is dominated by the spectacular hilltop fortress Santuari de Sant Salvador, the views overlooking the old town of Artá and the delightful Mallorcan countryside are something to savour. Cala Ratjada and Capdepera are easily reached by car, likewise north-east beaches. Palma and the airport within less than 1 hour.
