The house is situated in the village of Force which has local shops, a pizzeria, bar and restaurant. You also have the beach and the mountains close by. The Adriatic coast is about a 40km drive and the most well known beach in the area is Riviera delle Palme which has an excellent reputation and of course, there is an excellent choice of seafood restaurants all along the seafront.

It’s a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts and there is plenty to explore in the two National Parks in the area as well as the ski slopes in the Sibillini and Monti della Larga mountain ranges.
