There is ample parking and a patio seating area to the rear which is a real sun trap. Beyond is a sloped lawn with children's play area and mountain views. Overall, the Old School House is a large interesting old building, one of the oldest in the village which gives it a lot of character. It has some 30 traditional tall double windows, a modern Oil fired heating system, oil and electric hot water system with panels on the roof. There's scope to convert the large attic space and it's already a functioning business with a high Booking.com rating and many repeat guests. Apartment 1 sleeps a party of 5, apartment 2 sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms. Apartment 3 sleeps 4 and apartment 4 is being converted to potentially sleep 6. Definitely an interesting property.
