The property is in a quiet exclusive development of detached properties with a barrier entrance and exit to ensure exclusivity, and privacy.
There are two entrances to the house. The first is to walk up a pathway to the front door which is under a covered terrace. The second is into a driveway via double gates which lead to a side door.
Going through the front door, you are immediately impressed by the size of the entrance hall, which then leads into the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. One faces east and offers wonderful sea and mountain views and the other faces west and also has sea views as well as views over the Akamas National Park. Many a Brandy sour has been enjoyed from this balcony watching the spectacular Mediterranean sunsets.
At the front of the property is a small garden area planted with a variety of shrubs, but a big feature of this property is the large private garden at the back of the property. This is dominated by the swimming pool with large terraces, leading to a nice grass area surrounded by plants and trees. Between the pool and the house is a large patio, half of which is covered and has a stone BBQ. The property overlooks a ravine which means that nothing can be built to obstruct the views.
It is a five minute walk into Latchi Marina, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, many specializing in fish. In Latchi there is a dive centre, an opportunity to hire a boat for a few hours, or take a glass bottom boat to the magnificent Blue Lagoon and relax for a few hours. The traditional market town of Polis is a ten minute drive, and the airport at Paphos is 45 minutes away.
