An upmarket 3 bedroom detached villa, in the perfect location, being a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk into Latchi Marina, and in the most scenic part of Cyprus.

The property is in a quiet exclusive development of detached properties with a barrier entrance and exit to ensure exclusivity, and privacy.

There are two entrances to the house. The first is to walk up a pathway to the front door which is under a covered terrace. The second is into a driveway via double gates which lead to a side door.

Going through the front door, you are immediately impressed by the size of the entrance hall, which then leads into the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This property was constructed with light very much in mind. By this we mean that wherever possible windows have been added to allow as much light as possible into the property. Double patio doors, which are triple glazed, lead from the lounge to the veranda which overlooks the pool. A feature of the lounge is the fireplace.

The first of the bedrooms – the master-is also on this floor. This is a double bedroom with a large amount of wardrobe space, spotlights, and with double patio doors leading to the very attractive pool area. There is an en suite bathroom, which can also be accessed direct from the lounge.

Next to the kitchen, and underneath the stairs is a separate utility room.

Up the sweeping marble staircase we go to the first floor. The first room we come to at the top of the stairs is the family bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower, sink and w.c.

The second bedroom is a double bedroom and is east facing and has patio doors to the balcony giving stunning mountain and sea views.

The third bedroom which currently has two single beds in it has the benefit of two balconies. One faces east and offers wonderful sea and mountain views and the other faces west and also has sea views as well as views over the Akamas National Park. Many a Brandy sour has been enjoyed from this balcony watching the spectacular Mediterranean sunsets.

At the front of the property is a small garden area planted with a variety of shrubs, but a big feature of this property is the large private garden at the back of the property. This is dominated by the swimming pool with large terraces, leading to a nice grass area surrounded by plants and trees. Between the pool and the house is a large patio, half of which is covered and has a stone BBQ. The property overlooks a ravine which means that nothing can be built to obstruct the views.

It is a five minute walk into Latchi Marina, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, many specializing in fish. In Latchi there is a dive centre, an opportunity to hire a boat for a few hours, or take a glass bottom boat to the magnificent Blue Lagoon and relax for a few hours. The traditional market town of Polis is a ten minute drive, and the airport at Paphos is 45 minutes away.
