The directors and all our staff welcome you to Buy A Home Spain, a family-run estate agency, based to the East of Málaga, with offices on the coast in Torre del Mar and inland at Puente de Don Manuel close to Lake Viñuela. But we weren’t always such a large operator. It all started in 2006 as a holiday rental business operating from home in Torre del Mar, a 30 minute drive to the east from Málaga airport. The immediate success resulted in the opening of a high street office in the same town and the expansion into long-term rentals and sales.

The premises soon became too small for us and we moved to a bigger office as the business grew. In fact, it was house sales that were becoming the more dominant part of the business, so not only was there a location change we also changed our name to Buy a Home Spain. Two more moves followed and now our main office is in an excellent location opposite the Bus Station on the main road - still in Torre del Mar. In addition, because of the massive interest in property near to Lake Viñuela, in the summer of 2015 we opened an inland office near to the Lake in Puente de Don Manuel.

Here at Buy A Home Spain we are well aware of how exciting the thought of having your own property in the sun can be, but we are equally aware of the daunting prospect of searching, buying and living in a foreign country. We have done it ourselves, so we understand.
