The house is set in a nice easily managed plot on the hillside and there are several smaller terraced areas with fantastic views, ideal spaces for sunbathing and relaxing which is not overlooked. On the upper terrace there is a decked in space for a jacuzzi all in keeping with the natural surroundings.

The views from the house down the valley are amazing, although the cottage is rural it is not remote and only takes 10 mins to drive to the village. This area is well known for the naturally growing fruit trees and its natural beauty, there are lots of stone roads meandering around the local hills ideal for walking and bird watching. The local Fonte (Natural Spring) is very close by as is the local River ideal for a picnic or dip on a summers day.

Currently a family home this would also make a good holiday home for someone looking for complete peace and tranquility. Easily a lock up and go property.
