There are two main buildings. The main house and the guest house garage. Both buildings are traditional Finish log houses, made by Rantasalmi of Finland.
The mail building is 208 sq.m comprising of four double bedrooms, two on each floor, two main bathrooms, dressing room, and a separate quest w.c. on ground floor. There is an entrance hall with floor to ceiling mirrored hanging cupboards, leading to a large living room, a separate large dining area, kitchen and two utility rooms. The main building has a large covered veranda of double height and a large covered barbecue area. The main building and the quest house/garage are exclusively powered by solar panels aided by a diesel generator when required (it is automatically energised). The equipment for the electrical supply (batteries and electrical panel boards) are located in the basement of the main building, where there is also storage for 1,100 bottles of wine, and two french made wooden barrels of 220 lt capacity each, for the making of wine.
The guest house is a two storey building. On ground floor there are three enclosed parking areas. In this same space there is an inbox barrel of 500lt capacity for the wine making process, three PVC containers of 500lt capacity each for the production of wine, as well as the equipment needed for the wine making. On the upper floor is the guest house with a total floor area of 63 sq.m, comprising of: two double bedrooms, bathroom/shower with separate w.c., and kitchen dining living in one area. The living areas open to a balcony.
Both buildings are offered fully furnished and equipped.
All equipment’s necessary for the upkeep of the land as well as all the equipment for the making and bottling of wine are included in the price.
The total area of the plot is 35,000 sq.m, made up by 13plots of land each with its own contract. On the plot there are about 500 mature olive trees producing excellent quality (extra virgin) olive oil. There also mature walnut trees, fig trees, chestnut trees, cherry trees, apricots, pomegranates and mulberry trees. There are also old cypress trees that enhance the character of the land. There is also a vine yard with a variety of predominantly Merlot grapes and some Cabernet Sauvignon. The annual production of wine is approximately 600 bottles of good quality wine which is produced and bottled in the land. The circumference of the land is in excess of 1,100 linear meters and is fenced with heavy duty galvanised chain link fence with a height of 1.8m.
There are areas separately fenced within the plot -including building sheds- that are housing various animals and birds (lambs, chickens, guinea fowl, geese, pheasants and a donkey).
