The building has been projected taking into account the environmental measures envisaged to achieved a rational use of the energy needed to its use, reducing its consumption to sustainable limits, as well as to ensure that some of this consumption comes from renewable energy sources.

The common areas will have two accesses: one through the main street in front of the facade and another one from the side street. Each access will have a wide staircase and an elevator, which will lead you to the parking, on the 1- floor and the garden area located on the ground floor.
