Outside, there is a spiral staircase leading to an upstairs air conditioned bedroom, which is very spacious and has a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The second house has a front door opening in to the large living room with elevated ceiling and lots of light. There is a fireplace and plenty of storage space. The hallway leads to the kitchen, which has worktops, floor and wall cupboards, stainless steel sink, electric hob and oven. Along the hallway there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a second double bedroom, and bathroom with bath, basin and toilet.

Outside there is a swimming pool with corner steps, surrounded by terrace, and this enjoys good views of the area. The land has many trees, including olives, almonds, oranges and lemons.   There are several terraces around the house, with plenty of shaded areas. Near to the second house there is a large storage building, and further down the land there is a storage building suitable for use as stables.

Each house has an independent sliding gate and driveway.  The layout makes the property ideal for holiday rentals.
