A part of the terrace is covered in loggia. In one part of the body of the villa were obtained through a complete renovation, two apartments with separate entrances. In the basement: utility room, wood stove, basement window, cistern to collect rainwater and an old cellar. The floor is partly original and partly original Art Nouveau terracotta. The ceilings in some areas have wooden beams. The villa is about 2 km from Piazza del Campo and the historic centre of Siena. Approximately 1 km is the distance from the ring road to Siena from which in less than 1 hour you can reach Florence.
