Entering the house from the ground floor glass doors of the conservatory you will find the fully equipped kitchen with corian work tops, double ovens and bright orange Smeg refrigerator leading through to the open plan dining room and double French doors to the large terrace. In the summer months this is the hub of the house and it works beautifully. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms.

There is a new Jotul 40,000 btu wood burning stove in place and, together with the full central heating system, easily turns this space into a cosy alternative for winter living. Also on this floor is a TV/music room for those quiet moments and the meeting/drinks room with it's fitted bar and doors to the first floor terrace with spectacular views of the distant Appenines. All the reception rooms on this floor are also flooded with natural light and offer a cooler, calm alternative to the main "hub" of the house around the open plan dining room and kitchen areas on the ground floor.

The very private and mature gardens at Le Cannelle are terraced and include a large orchard with cherry, apricot, fig and plum trees, a hard tennis court and the large 6m x 12m swimming pool with Travertine surround. There is an automatic sprinkler watering system for the gardens and secure fencing throughout.
