Before starting the description of the home, we continued through the garden and where amazed by what is not visible, that is the technology that runs all the irrigation system that is fed by natural spring water and underground water tanks that collect the rain water, and provide a "smart" irrigation method.
On the flat area of the south side of the garden is present a oval shaped swimming pool that has been positioned in a less intrusive position while offers the most astonishing views of the valley and of the Sibillini national park.
At this point we already feel at home without having entered in the main home that again follows the philosophy of the owner who has restored the home following every stage of the works, the details of the beams, floors, tiles , oak and chestnut woods used for the doors and windows caught our attention more than the furniture that is anyways included in the sale.
The layout is simple as the home has kept the main walls and room dimensions with a double entrance from the east fašade into a big entrance hall, toilet , living room with fireplace surrounded on three sides by the big outside portico, a good size dining room with wood stove and a smaller kitchen both allowing access to the south side loggia.
