7. How long will it take to list my property?
Your property will be listed on all portals within 48 hrs of meeting your agent at your property.

12. How long will you advertise my property for?
We are confident that if your property is accurately priced and receives adequate exposure your property should sell within a reasonable length of time. We therefore advertise your property for a period of 6 months.

13. Are there any hidden charges?
No, absolutely not, all of our packages show the total cost to you with no extra charges.
If however you would like additional advertising tools,we will source them for you at the best possible price. Any extras that are not part of your package are payable upfront, however NOTHING will take place without your consent.
