This ancient property, consist in a farmhouse and in a dependance: the most ancient part of the building seems to date back to 1200, when the house was employed as a mill. The farmhouse has been totally restored in 2002. The characteristic terracotta floors and exposed beams, along with brick arches and finely decorated walls, contribute to making these apartments really cozy and pretty. Some bathrooms have hand painted Deruta pottery. All around the two structures there is a beautiful garden which can be considered an ideal place to rest your soul. Not so far from the farmhouse, in a very secluded location, there is a wonderful 15 x 7,5 meters pool, whose position allows to admire the most enchanting landscape in the area. At the same level, we can find some covered parking spaces and an outbuilding used as storage room for agricultural tools. In addition to the garden, the property has also 10 hectares of land: 5 hectares of arable land, 2 hectares of vineyards, 1,5 hectares of forest and about 1 hectare of olive grove. In the park we can find a well used for the irrigation. The house has a Lpg system. Thanks to the six separated units, these structure is perfect to start an agriturismo and B&B business.
